- Premises shall be registered under the Factories and Works Act
- A Journeyman, or person of equal qualifications as defined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Motor Industry shall be employed.
- Water, electrical power and compressed air.
- The Employer shall have registered with the National Employment Council for the Motor Industry (NECMI) as an Employer within Industry.
a) Shall have a fully equipped test bench capable of handling alternators, generators, starters and regulators;
b) Battery chargers with hydrometer and battery testing equipment;
c) Power drilling machine;
d) Work bench and vice;
e) Hand or electric grinder; f) Small lathe for armature work;
g) Soldering equipment;
h) Testing equipment for electrical fuel pumps;
i) Growler;
j) Bearing pullers and small tools for dismantling motor starter;
k) Lead lamp;
l) Welding equipment;
m) Reamers and small stocks and dies;
n) Headlamp beam setter;
o) Other necessary small tools;
p) Adequate test equipment.
